Can't sleep....

Meh.

Can't sleep as per usual. My brain knows it has to be up early today, that and it's going to be a long day, so it decides to make sure that I don't get anywhere near enough sleep to get through the day. Grrrr!

There has been too much happening over the last couple of weeks. From sessions with the psychologist to dates with lingerie models, I have been kept very, very busy indeed.

The main points of news, have been the following:
1) Last Tuesday (8th Nov) I had an appointment with a local clinical psychologist, which was also attended by my psychologist. The senior professional reached the same conclusions as my psychologist, that I'm clinically depressed, affected by a number of anxiety related disorders (to a clinical level), namely Social, Generic, Specific and OCD. I put Social first for that appears to be the main point of concern for the professionals. I also have a bit of something else, which falls on the higher end of the Autism scale (have a guess... ), but in the current state of things, isn't what I should be mostly worried about. (Ha ha!) Both medical practitioners wanted to stress that.

2) Yesterday (11th Nov), I recorded an interview for Coast FM 96.3. I got to chat with the presenter of the Coastal Arts program, which is aired Sundays from 6 to 7pm. I had a lovely conversation with her, talking about the Feudball book, about writing with a partner, how writing has been good therapy for my mental health, my love of football (especially the Mariners), and my writing in general. One can hear the seven minute interview on the radio, or via the internet from the station's website. If you miss it, go to the Coastal Arts website, for the interview will be posted there (at a later date).

Today, a visit to the Australian Reptile Park, with the support group, then the Mariners vs Victory match in Gosford.

It's going to be a loooong, but enjoyable day.

And now, must sleep. Ciao!

P.S: I tell a lie, it wasn't a lingerie model. (She might have been in a past life, or be one in another dimension. Who knows?) But it was with a lovely female acquaintance of mine, and we had a great chat over dinner and a drink for the better part of two hours. :)
